Find Your Voice – Effective Speech Therapy for Every Age
We at Old Town Speech-Language Services provide comprehensive evaluations and treatments for individuals of all ages, addressing challenges like speech articulation, language development, and fluency. Our interactive methods and real-life exercises ensure that therapy is not just effective but also applicable to everyday situations. We collaborate closely with families, ensuring that therapy impacts life beyond the clinic and supports continuous development.

My name is Maddy Pruitt. I am a speech-language pathologist passionate about providing the best quality of care to my patients. I believe therapy should be highly individualized and functional, which is what you get with Old Town Speech. I opened this practice in November of 2021 in hopes to provide this level of support in the local community. My previous experience in the field includes: outpatient therapy clinics, schools, and hospitals. The beauty of speech-language pathology is the wide range of populations, settings, and disorders you have the opportunity to work with. I loved all settings, but want to bring my experience to one location in order to further support locals in the Lowcountry, which is how Old Town Speech began. Another passion of mine aside from speech is exercise, which I try to incorporate in speech therapy sessions. Outside of speech therapy, I enjoy golf cart rides to the May River with my dog, Copper, spending time with family and friends, baking, and teaching swim lessons.
